Kulanu

Kulanu means “all of us.” We are your friends and your community, and we’re here for you. Kulanu organizes volunteers to provide assistance to members needing help because of illness, a new baby, a death, surgery, or other stressful situation.

Food/Meals: It can be so hard to take care of all of the matters of daily life when under unusual physical or emotional stress. Let us organize meals for you while you recover.

Shiva Assistance: When there’s a death in the immediate family, there are so many details to take care of. Kulanu maintains a “shiva kit” to help you set up your shiva. Volunteers will help you prepare your home for this important mitzvah.

Bikur Cholim: A core Jewish value and mitzvah to visit the sick and those in need.

How to volunteer: If you are willing to be on a list to be called when your fellow congregants are in need, please contact us. You can specify the type of help you can provide, and your availability.
